About PolarLabs
Why PolarLabs
Parts of the research supplier market are overpriced and hard to trust. PolarLabs holds a different standard: fair pricing, honest documentation status and a company you can reach.
- Fair pricing
- Research use only
- Atlanta-based
For lawful laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
The market
What we saw in the market
Buying research materials should be simple. In parts of this market, it isn't.
-
Prices that are hard to justify.
In parts of the market, product passes through more than one reseller, and each adds a heavy markup. The price climbs, but the records get no clearer.
-
Documents that don't belong to the seller.
We have seen lab reports that looked copied, where it wasn't clear whose product they described.
-
Products that fall short.
We have seen products fall short once they were tested.
-
No one to reach.
Some orders go through messaging apps or websites with no company name or address behind them. When something goes wrong, there may be no one who answers.
Our standard
What PolarLabs does differently
If a record can't back up a claim about a product, we don't make it.
-
Fair pricing.
We keep prices fair and reasonable for research customers.
-
Our own records.
We publish only lab reports PolarLabs commissioned and approved. We don't present others' documents as ours.
-
Honest status.
Each product shows where its documentation stands. If a report isn't published yet, the product page says so plainly.
-
A company you can reach.
Our email address is on this page. Write to us, and we get back to you.
-
A clean storefront.
Clear product pages with no countdown timers, no "only 3 left" warnings and no star ratings.
From the founder
Why I started PolarLabs
I started PolarLabs after seeing how confusing and overpriced the research peptide space can be. When I began looking for suppliers, I ran into the same problems again and again: prices that were hard to justify, suppliers reselling from other suppliers at heavy markups, and documents that did not clearly belong to the seller.
I also learned the hard way that not every source is honest. I lost money to scams and unreliable suppliers on Telegram, on WhatsApp and on websites. Some products I paid for did not meet expectations when they were tested.
That experience shaped PolarLabs. I wanted a research supplier that is honest, fairly priced and easy to reach, with clear records and support that responds. We are based in Atlanta, and we run this company on one idea: trust has to be earned. That means no fake claims, no copied trust signals, no hype and no shortcuts with documentation.
PolarLabs is for research use only. Our job is to give research customers clear information, organized records and a better buying experience.
I have visited our primary supplier's facility in person to see their process.

Lab documentation
Lab reports, tied to specific lots
A lab report, often called a COA, describes one lot. It shows what a laboratory measured in a sample from that lot, the methods it used, and when the testing was done.
We publish a record only after it is reviewed and approved, and only records PolarLabs commissioned.
-
Received.
Matched to product and batch.
-
Reviewed.
Checked before publication.
-
Published.
Released after approval.
Most of our catalog comes from one primary supplier we have ordered from repeatedly. One product comes from a separate supplier.
Documentation status
-
PolarLabs lab report
PublishedPublished so far: 1 product with a lab report.
The only published record so far: BPC-157 · FREEDOM DIAGNOSTICS · September 2, 2026.
-
Documentation Pending
PendingSome documentation is still pending, and each product page shows where it stands.
Supplier documents
On requestSupplier documents may also exist for some products. To ask about one, contact support at help@polarlabs.shop. A supplier document is the supplier's own record, not a PolarLabs lab report. It may describe a different lot than the one we ship, and it doesn't change a product's Documentation Pending status.
What a lab report is not
It is not FDA approval, not a safety assessment, and not a statement that a material is suitable for any use outside lawful laboratory research. A record describes one lot only.
What Documentation Pending means
It means no record is published yet. It is not a failed test, and it is not a pass. A supplier document doesn't change it.

Questions
Common questions
Does every product have a lab report?
No. A product without a published record says so on its page, most often as Documentation Pending. That means no record is published yet. It is not a failed test, and it is not a pass. In the Verification Center, you can use Notify me to join the notification list for that product.
What does a lab report tell me?
It shows what a laboratory measured in a sample from one lot, the methods it used, and when the testing was done. It is not FDA approval, not a safety assessment, and not a statement that a material is suitable for any use outside lawful laboratory research.
How can I check that a report is real?
Each published record names the laboratory, and shows the certificate ID when the lab issued one. When the laboratory hosts the report online, the record links to it on the laboratory's own website, so you can open it there and compare the details.
Can I see supplier documentation?
Supplier documents may exist for some products. To ask about one, email help@polarlabs.shop with the product name. A supplier document is the supplier's own record, not a PolarLabs lab report, so we don't publish it on the site. Where we can share one, we send it on request. It doesn't change a product's Documentation Pending status, and it may describe a different lot than the one we ship.
Where do you ship?
PolarLabs currently ships to all 50 U.S. states via USPS. Our Shipping & Returns policy has the details.
