The rules for the approval-only PolarLabs affiliate program.

These provisions control who can join the PolarLabs affiliate / referral program, what partners may say, disclosure requirements, prohibited conduct, and suspension or termination.
Participation and eligibility
- The affiliate program is approval-only.
- Applicants must be at least 21 and provide accurate information.
- Affiliates are independent referrers, not employees, agents, or representatives.
Assets and disclosure
- Affiliates may use only approved brand assets, links, codes, and campaign materials.
- Affiliates must clearly disclose material connections, such as commission, discount, free product, or incentive.
Prohibited claims
- Affiliates cannot promote human/animal use, dosing, injection, administration, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, athletic use, anti-aging, recovery, weight management, veterinary use, or unsupported product claims.
Prohibited conduct
- Affiliates cannot use spam, fake reviews, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, impersonation, deceptive automation, or unauthorized paid ads.
Suspension and termination
- Content may be reviewed. Violations may result in rejection, suspension, reversal, or termination.
Applicable program-specific commercial terms are supplied to approved partners after review and approval.
