1. Eligibility & Research Use Only

The Site and all products sold on it are intended exclusively for laboratory and research use by qualified professionals and institutions. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are purchasing products solely for legitimate research, laboratory, or analytical purposes;
• You will not ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal body for any purpose; and
• You have the technical expertise and proper facilities to safely handle research chemicals.

Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body for human or animal consumption.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@polarlabs.shop if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or concerns about the intended use of the products ordered. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and cold-chain handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Our policy on damaged, incorrect, or cancelled orders is described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Because of the handling requirements of research peptides, most sales are final once shipped.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use any product sold on the Site for human or animal consumption, or represent to any third party that our products are safe or approved for such use;
• Resell, repackage, or relabel products without express written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or the intended use of any order;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable export, import, or controlled-substance regulations; or
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for any user we believe is violating these Terms.

6. Certificates of Analysis & Product Information

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request through our Verification Center. Product descriptions on the Site are provided for research-reference purposes only and do not constitute medical, dietary, or usage advice of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the PolarLabs name and branding, is the property of PolarLabs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolarLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it, including any use of a product outside of the research-use-only purpose described in these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PolarLabs, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or any product, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PolarLabs is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the version currently in effect. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
