Shipping Policy

PolarLabs ships temperature-sensitive research peptides, so every order is packed and handled with cold-chain integrity in mind. This policy explains how we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
1. Processing Time
Orders are verified and processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff are queued for the next business day. You'll receive an email when your order has shipped.
2. Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 before tax. Orders under that threshold ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
3. Cold-Chain Packaging
Peptides are sensitive to heat and light. Every shipment leaves our facility in insulated packaging with the appropriate cooling media for the product and transit time involved, so potency and integrity are protected from our door to yours.

4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on destination and carrier. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier, not a guarantee.
5. International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We're evaluating expanded coverage — check back, or contact us if you'd like to be notified when international shipping opens up.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view shipment status anytime from My Account → Orders.
7. Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, neutral outer packaging. There is no exterior branding, product list, or description of contents — just a standard shipping label. This is for your privacy, not to circumvent any law or regulation.
8. Delivery Exceptions & Delays
Severe weather, carrier disruptions, and customs or regional delays are outside our control. If your tracking shows a delay, please allow a few extra business days before contacting us — most packages recover on their own. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact support@polarlabs.shop and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
9. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
You're responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense once a corrected address is confirmed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy as our carriers, packaging, or coverage areas change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
