COA / Documentation Policy
How documentation is reviewed and published. Nothing auto-publishes; products stay Documentation Pending until an approved record is released.
On this page
This policy explains how PolarLabs publishes product documentation and what a published record does and does not represent.
What we publish
Public documentation consists of approved laboratory records commissioned by PolarLabs. Each published record is linked to a specific product and, where applicable, a product variation, batch, or lot. The laboratory that performed the analysis is identified on the record.
Review and approval
Nothing publishes automatically. Every record is reviewed by authorized PolarLabs personnel and requires explicit approval before it appears publicly. A file, a batch number, or a laboratory name alone is never treated as approval. Until an approved record exists for a product, that product remains in a documentation-pending state.
Corrections and removal
A published record may be corrected, replaced, held, retired, or removed if it is found to be outdated, mismatched, incomplete, superseded, unauthorized, or otherwise unsuitable for public display.
What a record does not represent
PolarLabs does not author or self-issue the laboratory record. The availability or content of a published record does not create or imply any health, purity, safety, suitability, or performance guarantee, and it does not change the research-use-only nature of the product.
