Processing and Delivery

Processing times and delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Territory

PolarLabs currently ships to all 50 U.S. states via USPS. We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to any address at our discretion, including for legal or compliance reasons.

Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PolarLabs is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Tracking

Tracking information, when available, is provided via USPS. Tracking may not update in real time.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Shipments that arrive damaged, missing an item, or containing an incorrect item must be reported to orders@polarlabs.shop within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and order details. PolarLabs will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at its discretion.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products sold by PolarLabs, we do not accept returns of products once an order has been delivered. This policy helps protect product integrity and prevents previously shipped products from being returned to inventory or resold.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact orders@polarlabs.shop within the timeframe specified in this policy so we can review the issue.

No Promises Absent Confirmation

PolarLabs does not represent or guarantee same-day/24-hour shipping, guaranteed delivery dates, cold-chain shipping, shipping insurance, or discreet packaging unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order.
