PolarLabs sells research peptides exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research use. This disclaimer sets out exactly what that means and what it doesn't, and it works alongside our full Terms of Service.

1. Research Use Only

Every product on this site is sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical testing, and other non-clinical research applications. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body for safety, efficacy, or any other purpose.

2. Not for Human or Animal Use

Products purchased from PolarLabs are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or any in-vivo application. We make no claims that any product is safe, effective, or appropriate for use in or on a living organism. Nothing on this site should be read as medical, dietary, or therapeutic advice.

3. No Medical Claims

Any descriptive or technical information provided about a product refers to its properties as a research chemical and is not a representation about diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease or condition. PolarLabs does not provide dosing guidance for human or animal use because no such use is intended or supported.

4. Researcher Responsibility

By purchasing from PolarLabs, you represent that you are a qualified individual or institution capable of handling research chemicals safely, and that you will:

Use the products only in a controlled laboratory or research setting consistent with applicable safety practices.
Comply with all laws and institutional policies that apply to your research, location, and field.
Take full responsibility for the storage, handling, and disposal of any product you purchase.

5. Certificates of Analysis

We publish independent third-party testing results for our batches to support legitimate research use. You can look up a Certificate of Analysis for your batch at the Verification Center. A COA documents purity and identity for research purposes — it is not a safety or efficacy clearance for human or animal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

PolarLabs assumes no liability for any use of its products that falls outside research and laboratory applications. Any use of a PolarLabs product for human or animal consumption, or in violation of this disclaimer, is done entirely at the purchaser's own risk and outside the scope of our intended use, representations, and warranties.
